Phoenix Youth Corps recruiting for summer 2016 Phoenix School of Roseburg has begun recruitment for its Summer Oregon Youth Conservation Corps program. This year 18 youth will be hired to work outdoors to perform technical natural resources projects partnered with the Roseburg BLM and the USFS Umpqua National
