We’re going to be running equipment throughout Douglas County!

But in a strictly legal-sense. But we will be running STEAM-related learning equipment through our online lending library soon!

The library was started with a $30,000 grant from the Umpqua Valley STEAM Hub and includes solar car kits, wind energy kits and ploymer kits (and more) that teachers and youth leaders will be able to check out and use with the youth they serve.

We’re working with adults who have training with some of the kits from previous activities, like the Next Generation Science Standards professional development workshops and the OSU Mobile Engineering Camps.

We’ll keep you updated on how to gain access to this STEAM-y treasure trove of learning.

Email if you have more questions.
