Calling all adults who like robots!

Robotics teams are growing in leaps and bounds across Douglas County. With that comes a need for adult volunteers to support teams and tournaments. This is a call for VOLUNTEERS to help a first-ever event at South Umpqua High School. Come “learn by doing” the ins and outs of refereeing and judging robotics competitions. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Please pass this information on to anyone you believe would be interested!

WHO:  Oregon Robotics Tournament & Outreach Program –http://www.ortop.org/. — Junior First LEGO League; First LEGO League; First Tech Challenge

AGES: Seventeen middle school teams from around Oregon; many are local and a few from are from Grants Pass and the coast.
